My husband and I brought in our Chevy Equinox in late March. We exchanged emails with Richard and he was very quick to get back to us and schedule an appointment. Our car was serviced the morning we dropped it off and we were able to pick it up by mid-afternoon. We knew that the work was expensive and that the required services were unavoidable. When comparing prices, we felt very comfortable with Jim's Automotive. So friendly, honest and fast!!! My Elantra didn't pass inspection at the dealership and they were going to charge me over $900 for the exhaust. That was more than I had to spend in a 7 year old car all at once. I called Jim's and was offered an appointment the next day. They looked at it, told us it would be around $650 to fix it and possibly a few days to find the part. I don't know where they found the part but my car was fixed the next day and it was only $600. What a great experience:) I will only take my car here from now on!!!
