My husband and I brought in our Chevy Equinox in late March. We exchanged emails with Richard and he was very quick to get back to us and schedule an appointment. Our car was serviced the morning we dropped it off and we were able to pick it up by mid-afternoon. We knew that the work was expensive and that the required services were unavoidable. When comparing prices, we felt very comfortable with Jim's Automotive. Richard and Jim (not the namesake) explained everything in vivid detail, asked if we were comfortable with the charges and even showed us the rusty parts which were replaced.
